As an institution dedicated to the empowerment of educators, the IAYG’s worldwide alliances hold educator workshops, trainings, and other events to support the teaching of geography & social studies.

From 7-11 August 2018, the IAYG will be hosting a special seminar in Winneba, Ghana! This unique educator training and outreach event will be personally led by IAYG regional-level and national-level leadership, who will model strategies for forward-looking strategies in geographic education and introduce the local work of the IAYG. We invite you to join educators from across the region in attending this special event!
